Our Tier 1 Banking Client has engaged Adaps to source an exceptional Content Production Manager/Digital Producer to join their highly skilled team!
About You:
You will be switched on. Your high level of professional communication will ensure you are easily able to manage a large variety of stakeholders. You will:
- Oversee content team deliverables, processes, communication and engagement.
- Deliver supporting documentation as required to guide content creation, delivery and ongoing management.
- Deliver content documentation & production services.
- Ensure content quality across all content team outputs.
Scope of Services/Tasks:
- Manage content responsibilities, relevant deliverables and activities throughout the discovery and planning phase, including overseeing and managing the analysis of content, research synthesis, content recommendations and associated content activities
- Stakeholder engagement, communications between teams, managing and delivery of content artefacts and content team processes.
- Management of and response to content briefs/content requests as required by the project, including guidance on content activities, deliverables and processes to achieve business and project goals.
- Work with content, CX and technology teams to prioritise and finalise content outputs across various projects as required.
- Work with business and project delivery teams to communicate timelines and inputs required to deliver and approve content deliverables.
- Use the new content management system to author updates or approve updates
- Work with internal and external agencies in the development of required assets for project and/or BAU delivery
- Work with the team to engage stakeholders and various internal teams to communicate to timelines and inputs required, content approach, decisions and deliverables (alongside CX and other teams)
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years + experience in the digital or financial industry
- Able to clearly communicate and articulate project status, deliverables and activities
- Proven ability to resource and allocate for the delivery of content outputs
- Able to assist with budgeting and scoping requirements for content delivery
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and/or opportunities for continuous improvement
