The Change Consultant will take a holistic view of change across the project and is primarily responsible for the execution of a Change Management Plan which is integrated with other project and business as usual initiatives.
The Role:
- Develop change management strategy and support project delivery and implementation
- Work closely with the project teams, business managers to develop, implement and embed the change management plan.
- Lead the development and implementation of change management plans (including sponsorship, coaching, resistance management and training, behavioural change, stakeholder engagement and communications planning)
- Be responsible for the integration of change management activities and deliverables in project planning and execution
- Monitor and report on the change management program, (including budget and resourcing, if required) to project governance committees
- Provide coaching and advice to Project Managers, Sponsors and Business Managers on change management impacts
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience and success in developing and implementing change programs
- Experience working with projects that have organisation wide impact
- Experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion
- Change management methodologies, PROSCI is desirable
- Experience in MS Project & Organisational Design principles
