- 5 – 8 Years demonstrated experience and success in change analyst roles
- Experience working with projects that have organisation wide impact
- Experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion
- Strong experience analysing business processes and undertaking change impact analysis
- Demonstrated success in training design, development and delivery (process and systems change focus)
- Strong understanding of organisational design concepts
- Understanding of project management methodologies
