Urgently require a Business Analyst to start on the 20th April to scope existing BMC Remedy Infrastructure within a large organisation on the brink of undertaking a massive IT upgrade. The successful candidate will be required to understand the current environment to enable the apt delivery of a new ITSM tool.
Required Skills:
- Must have previous experience with BMC Remedy
- 5+ years\’ experience as a Business Analyst
- The ability to map out the \’As Is\’ process before coming up with solutions
- The ability to work on multiple streams of work
- Experience working in an IT team whilst also being able to talk to the business and understand requirements
