  • HR Transformation Project
  • 6 Months contract with a view to extend
  • Daily rate up to $1100 (Inc. Super)

Purpose:
The Architect defines the end-to-end technical architecture to support the delivery of investment slate, guiding and influencing business delivery and ensuring alignment to target state technology

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in the Technology industry.
  • 2+ years Architecture Experience with end-to-end solutioning.

Qualification Requirements

  • Experience architecting on a significant transformation program with complex integrations
  • Business acumen and an understanding of People and culture technologies including Workday, and SAP highly regarded.
  • Degree in Computer Science / information systems or equivalent technical qualification
  • Architecture or technology related certifications / cloud will be an advantage

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide the technical direction-setting for a story / epic / feature. Deliver an end-to-end technical outcome for initiatives by orchestrating delivery across one or more domains. Identification of service impacts. Understand and communicate how new and existing target states will be consumed to deliver an initiative.
  • Align application architecture to client technology strategy and architectural principles/patterns
  • Perform architecture optimisation, scaled modelling, various forms of walkthroughs and design reviews
  • Delivery and review of features, epics and stories as suited, providing input into the prioritisation of backlog items. Ensure capabilities external to the service are also identified as dependencies where appropriate
  • Create impact analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and constraints on the business roadmap in the current business and technology environments including the regulatory impacts and risks.
  • Document architectural decisions to satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements for the domain.
  • Validate design artefacts for completeness, ensuring testability to eclientle effective change management of assets within the domain.
  • Support “You build it, you run it” by participating in service production releases
