Agile Test Manager is accountable for the execution of a programme wide test strategy designed to provide assurance that the end to end business solution delivered by the Programme demonstrably meets the requirements of the approved Target Operating Model and Government entity.
Location: – This role will be based in Sydney. Some interstate travel will be required to Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Role/ Experience:
- 5-10+ years of experience as Agile Test Manager working with the large enterprise or financial institution
- Experience working on Target Operating Model
- Experience in creating test strategy to cover all phases of testing.
- Experience in detailed test planning and execution at Programme level with focus on E2E integration testing, E2E business scenario testing
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience testing Life Insurance projects/products will be highly regarded
The successful candidate will be expected to define the test strategy to leverage and coordinate technical test and business SME capability embedded in each of the platform delivery teams to achieve its objectives.
