- ESS, MSS OR Employment Compensation Management experience a must!
Our Client is on the hunt for 2 experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultants (ESS, MSS and/or Employment Compensation Management). This 12 month contract will have you working across the entire project life cycle from design, implementation, roll-out, testing to support and upgrades. You will be working on multiple projects and have strong stakeholder management as well as good presentation skills.
There are 2 positions:
1) Functional Consultant – Experienced in configuration of ESS/MSS and/or Personnel Administration
2) Functional Consultant – Experienced in Employment Compensation Management
To be successful in these roles you will have the following:
- Previous experience as a SAP Functional Consultant in a large complex environment is a must!
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP HCM/PY consultant (with specific experience in ESS, MSS and/or Employment Compensation Management)
- Skills in configuration of ESS/MSS and/or Personnel Administration
- Experience with Employment Compensation Management
- Requirement analysis, gap analysis, blueprinting, design, payroll ESS/MSS including application support and maintainance
- Working experience with Time Management, Time payroll integration, CATS, Travel Management, Benefits and compensation & Garnishment
