Our client is currently sourcing for a Service Desk Analyst with:
- Strong knowledge on active directory (creating groups,pemissions,users etc)
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including excellent telephone manner, ability to document processes and the ability to translate technical information to non-technical colleagues
- Basic product and technical knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Computer hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, copiers and other
- networked devices.Also mobile devices such as tablets and mobile/smart phones
- ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
