Requirements:
- Augment the SQA Test team to cover gaps in team capacity and experience/capability
- Triage defects and manage the defect management process and reporting
- Proactively support development of Test Plans and Test Schedules
- Track and report Test progress
- Other Test services that may be directed by SQA Manager to support and guide the team
Experience
- Minimum 5 years\’ testing experience in a Software QA team environment
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience as a Senior TA
- Some experience in a Test Lead role (Optional)
- Experience with testing frameworks in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models
- Experience with relevant and contemporary testing toolsets (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS tool suite)
- Experience in Superannuation industry is highly desirable, or in a financial institution is preferred

- A fast-learner – able to grasp concepts and knowledge quickly and take on responsibilities in an (at times) uncertain environment
- Very good interpersonal skills and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Thought leadership – initiative, troubleshooting, analysis/triage, continuous improvement
- Outcome ownership and service oriented
- Very good Planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Very good communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
SQA training certification is desirable but not mandatory
