Job Qualification and requirements:
- Graduation in any stream (preferably with Computer Science or related field is highly desirable)
- Knowledge in managing a security programs with industry leading frameworks.
- Experienced in legal and regulatory requirements and industry specific security frameworks
- Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience in security solutions
- Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of CXOs and CISOs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good business acumen and a commercial outlook
Job Responsibilities include:
- Revenue Growth Target with a minimum of 40% YoY growth in respective markets
- Will be a Single Point of Contact locally for all Rain makers, SBU heads to represent competency sales and presales activities in the nominated region
- Engaging with Rain makers and customers in SBU for selling solutions / IP / Use cases to client customers
- Should be fully knowledgeable about the customer environment and competition landscape in the chosen field and carry out benchmarking of Client solutions with competition to adapt to customer requirements
- Ready with detailed account attack plan / account coverage plan for all of client\’ s 1000+ accounts in respective region / SBU
- Participate in account planning workshop from competency perspective and represent competency for growth discussions in nominated accounts
- Represent Client in local industry forums and seminars with thought leadership as the local Point of Contact for domain / technology
- Collaborate with product managers and competency managers to provide right solution to the customers
- Validate right solutions for customers and take end to end ownerships of all solution and responses being delivered to customer by competencies
- Work with Partners / Alliances / Start up eco system locally
- Identify M&A prospects and partners to help grow the competency business locally with in nominated SBU
